Each team member begins as a field researcher to best understand what the client needs and the challenges along the way. This allows us to specialize in servicing title companies, banks, attorneys, etc. Even our accountants are prepared to serve at the front line and we strongly believe this has been key to our success and to our spectacular customer service standards.
We will go into more detail in future newsletters on the topic of Turnaround Time (TAT) because it is a critical part of our success. Because the documents we handle are binding, legal documents there is usually an urgent timeline driving the search. We push industry norms by delivering TAT’s from 2 hours to less than 24 hours for searches in Metro D/FW and Houston. Searches in any other state (including Guam and Puerto Rico!) will typically be fulfilled in 48 hours! That’s FAST and we’re not afraid to say it. We can boast more researchers in more counties than other companies and will deliver your documents quickly, each and every time!
And lastly, we aim to provide more than just your document. We will also provide help and guidance along the way during your search. We have been doing this for quite a long time and our staff has built solid relationships in every single Texas county so we know a thing or two about navigating the document research universe. For example, we would assist you with making sure you are searching in the correct county, or making sure your search is thorough – going back 100, even 200 years to seek your document!
